    I think you mentioned buttercup as a wild species to plant for pasture . I would not recommended it. Buttercup is toxic to animals . Fortunately cows don’t usually eat it when grazing.

    I think you mean Hereford instead of Holstein, for good beef breeds (Holstein is a milk breed).

    Also something to keep in mind for milking breeds is A1 vs A2 milk. A2 milk is by far healthier 🙂

    There are also miniature cattle breeds, for both milk and meat! Great for those who don’t have the space or need for a full size cow.
